We’re proud to announce the launch of the 2026 Digital Resilience Grant, funded by Best Practice Software and managed by the Australian General Practice Research Foundation (Foundation), the philanthropic arm of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
This national research initiative provides $35,000 in funding to support projects that strengthen the future of Australian general practice.
The grant focuses on three key areas:
-
- Digital systems – improving the tools and technologies used in general practice
- Workflow and operational efficiency – reducing administrative burden and supporting sustainable practice operations
- General Practitioner wellbeing – enhancing clinician wellbeing, retention, and long-term workforce sustainability
Eligible applicants include a general practitioner, or general practice registrar as the principal investigator, who can demonstrate an active leadership role in the project and demonstrate either sufficient experience in leading and conducting research to ensure successful completion, or that the research team includes appropriate supervision and support to do so.
Applications close 22 June 2026
We’re honoured to support research that helps build a more resilient, sustainable primary care workforce.
