Bp Premier Downloads

Following the announcement from the Australian Government and Department of Health, Disability and Ageing on 18/06/26 regarding changes to the Assignment of Benefit (AoB) reforms due to commence on 1 July 2026, we have temporarily removed Bp Oxford for download. Users who have already upgraded to Bp Premier Oxford will be supplied with further guidance. For users requiring previous versions see our ‘Previous Program Updates’ below.

The Assignment of Benefit Commencement (AoB) Date Updater prevents AoB workflows from automatically activating in Bp Premier Oxford from 1 July 2026.

Please Note: This utility is only required for users on Bp Oxford and must be run prior to the AoB enablement date on 1 July. Alternatively, practices may also run the July DU prior to start of business on 1 July 2026.

To apply the fix, download and run the updater on a workstation which has appropriate access to the Bp Premier database. Please Note: Based on database permissions some users maybe required to run the utility on their server installation.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the Assignment of Benefit Commencement Date Updater.
   Please Note: This utility will only operate where Bp Premier Oxford is installed.
2. Progress through the installer to complete the update. The date for AoB date will be updated.

The Bulk Document Import (BDI) Updater resolves an issue affecting Bp Premier Oxford if installed prior to 13/06/26, where users may experience an issue when merging PDF documents within the Bulk Document Import utility.

To apply the fix, download and run the updater on each impacted workstation used for the Bulk Document Importer The installer will replace the existing Bulk Document Import (BDI) utility within the Bp Premier program files with the updated version.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the Bulk Document Import (BDI) Updater.
2. Run the updater on the impacted workstation used for the Bulk Document Importer .
   Please Note: This utility will only operate where Bp Premier Oxford is installed.
3. Progress through the installer to complete the update. The existing Bulk Document Import (BDI) utility will be automatically replaced with the updated version.

The Setup Third Party Integrations window has been transitioned to a standalone utility in Spectra SP1 Revision 3. This change allows practices to manage integrations with third parties more efficiently and with greater visibility.

For practices running an older version of Bp Premier, this utility needs to be downloaded separately. Further information can be found on our Knowledge Base.

The eRx NASH Certificate Updater utility is a tool used to update a practice’s NASH certificate. This is configured to work with the eRx Script Exchange. Further instructions on updating certificates can be found on our Knowledge Base.

This will replace your drug database with “February 2026” drugs and other supplied content.

This utility cannot be run live.

The TX Control is required and used by Bp for areas such as Prescriptions, Todays Notes, and Word Processor. This utility has been expanded in its functionality and user experience allowing the re-installation, file registration and logging to solve some support related issues.

IMPORTANT If Bp Premier is installed in a Terminal Server or Citrix environment, perform outside of normal practice hours, on the Terminal or Citrix Server, and ensure that there are no active sessions or user profiles connected.

Process for using LogMeIn with Bp Support:

• Bp Support will provide the required code verbally over the support call

• Small application downloads to your computer to start the support session
• After you’ve opened the application, you will be presented with an agreement.
• Scroll through the agreement and click ‘I Agree’ at the bottom

The purpose of this utility is to update the PRODA Transport Layer Security (TLS) version to ensure uninterrupted access to Health Identifier (HI) verification, Medicare Web Services and PRODA B2B devices. Without this update, errors will occur when attempting to access some services.

Action required:

The utility must be run by a user with Administrator access on the Bp Premier database server and all client workstations. After successful installation, close and reopen Bp Premier for the update to be effective.

You must have the September 2025 data update or later installed before you upgrade to 1.13.1.1096.

1. Back up your Bp Premier database before running the upgrade.
2. Synchronise all workstations in remote database mode with the Bp Premier server before you upgrade.
3. Download and run the latest Drug Update on your Bp Premier server computer.
4. Log all users out of the server and all clients before you upgrade.
5. Download and run the 1.13.1.1096 update on your server and all client workstations, including devices used in and out of the clinic.
6. Log back in to Bp Premier and resume use.
