How it Works

Bp Go-Live Support gives your team immediate access to a Best Practice Software training and support specialist, available via Microsoft Teams. They’ll be with you remotely throughout your first session or full day to help resolve issues as they arise and ensure your practice starts off on the right foot. Currently, Bp Go-Live Support is offered only for Bp Premier.

What You’ll Need

To make the most of your Go-Live Support session, all you need is:

  • A computer with internet access
  • Microsoft Teams installed on participating machines
  • Your IT provider on hand (optional) to assist with network or data conversion issues

    Course Duration and Price

    You can book Go-Live Support by the hour ($198 incl. GST) or opt for a full-day session (8:30am–4:30pm AEST) at a flat rate of $1,320 incl. GST. All sessions are delivered remotely and include screen sharing and video conferencing through Microsoft Teams.
