How long does it take to set up and configure Best Health Booking after subscribing?

Typically, it takes 5–10 working days to gain access after subscribing. Setup time will depend on your IT provider or internal team successfully installing the Site Manager. Once installed, your practice profile can be configured and ready to accept bookings.

Do I need a website for Best Health Booking to work?

While a website is recommended, it’s not essential. Your unique booking link can be added to places like your Google Business listing, social media pages, or even shared via QR code.

Do I have to pay for each patient or each appointment booked online?

You aren’t required to pay for each new patient that comes through online booking, nor do you pay for each appointment booked online.

We only charge per provider that allows online appointment booking, so you will know exactly how much this will cost each month.

How can patients find and book appointments at my practice?

Once you’re live with Best Health Booking, your practice’s unique booking link can be shared anywhere online. Patients can book directly through your website, social media pages, or Google listing.

What support is available if I need help?

The Best Health Booking Knowledge Base and Interactive Help Screens are available via the Best Health Booking portal. Is Best Health Booking a lock-in subscription?

Best Health Booking is a month-to-month subscription with no lock-in contracts; you can cancel anytime.

Note: Availability of online bookings is dependent on your infrastructure being connected to a stable internet connection 24/7. Interruptions to BHB will occur if your device/hardware running Bp Premier is shut down, suspended or enters sleep mode.
