Global Health

Global Health Limited is an Australian digital health software provider and a member of the Bp Partner Network, offering HotHealth (Digital Front Door) and ReferralNet (secure messaging). These products integrate with Bp Premier to help practices streamline patient access, reduce manual processes and support connected clinical communication.

HotHealth provides a secure, branded online portal that enables patients to book and manage appointments, receive reminders and complete digital forms before they attend an appointment. Practices can offer telehealth-related workflows by sharing form links via SMS, email or QR codes, supporting pre-visit information capture and consent collection. HotHealth also supports online payments via Stripe for practices that offer paid services or products.

ReferralNet is a secure messaging delivery platform that enables encrypted exchange of clinical documents across healthcare providers, supporting referrals, discharge summaries, pathology results, radiology reports and other clinical correspondence. It integrates with multiple clinical systems, including Bp Premier, allowing secure delivery of patient information and reducing reliance on paper-based communication.

Together, HotHealth and ReferralNet help practices build connected front-to-back workflows, from patient access and appointment preparation through to secure clinical messaging. Global Health’s information security management is certified through ISO 27001, demonstrating its commitment to protecting data within its management systems.

Global Health provides introductory support for Bp Premier members, including setup, onboarding and training, and offers unlimited online appointment bookings until June 2026. Practices can also register for an on-demand webcast explaining how HotHealth, ReferralNet and Bp Premier work together. ReferralNet is also available as a standalone solution for practices seeking secure messaging with flexible integration.
